FREQUENCY OF PELVIC PATHOLOGIES IN PRIMARY SUBFERTILITY ON DIAGNOSTIC LAPAROSCOPY

This study aimed to determine the frequency of pelvic pathologies in female primary subfertility by using diagnostic laparoscopy. A prospective was conducted Department Gynecology and Obstetrics Nishtar Hospital, Multan, from April 2022- 2023. total 100 women aged 20-40 years who were unable get pregnant after unprotected sex for one year had a normal examination semen analysis husband selected study. All patients underwent tubal patency test performed methylene blue dye. 50 (50%) been subfertile 1-5 years. Laparoscopy revealed that endometriosis most common cause subfertility, as seen 40% patients. Tubal blockage also observed 8 (8%). Based on results, it can be concluded followed occlusions are causes women.
